New Years Resolution - Drink More Water!

Websites say that almost 80% of the world walks around dehydrated.. OMG! Not Good... It hit me that I'm probably part of that 80% ... We drink excessive amounts of coffee, tea and sodas – all caffeinated drinks that dehydrate us

Studies say that 8 glasses of water a day:

Improves energy

Increases mental and physical stamina

Removes toxins & waste from the body

Keep skin healthy and glowing

Helps lose weight

Reduce headaches and dizziness

Aids digestion

I guess the list could go on and on..

So yup thats the NYR - DMW!

  • Word. Seriously, one thing that you can't have too much of is water. The only thing that's not bad, even if you have too much of it.
